Lisa Worthen, Kinlin Grover Real Estate
Lisa's career focus has been concentrated in the areas of residential, resort and second home properties, both domestic and international. Her real estate career started in 1985 as a real estate appraiser. After many years as an appraiser, and being a people person, she was looking for a more hands on career; transitioning to a real estate sales agent was a natural and easy fit for her.
Lisa is dedicted to success. Her first year in real estate sales, she was named Rookie of the Year. Lisa also earned Top Producer status several times. She credits her career success to her investment in many additional hours of rigorous education and training and she has received recognition for her accomplishments by earning many designations and certifications.
The National Association of Realtors® and it affiliated Institutes, Societies, and Councils acknowledge experience and expertise in various real estate sectors and designations are awarded by each affiliated group upon completion of required courses.
Have you ever wondered what those letters behind a Realtors® name mean? In Lisa's case the following designations and certifications are held by her:
Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR™) A Realtor® who has an ABR™ designation also has an established track record, with proven experience in representing the concerns of home buyers.
Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS™) The CIPS™ designation prepares Realtors® to service the growing international market in their local community by focusing on culture, exchange rates, investment trends, and legal issues.
Certified Residential Specialist (CRS™) designation is the highest awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS™ designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Just 4% of all Realtors® in the U.S. can call themselves Certified Residential Specialists.
Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS) RSPS is recognized as an official NAR certification and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a Realtor® who specializes in resort and second-homes to assist them with their search.
Transnational Referral Certification -- The Transnational Referral Certification allows real estate professionals to make and receive compensated referrals using the ICREA Transnational Referral System and integrate international referrals into their business plans.
